Alexandra Borgia
Alexandra Borgia is a chef/instructor in the Chef's Training Program at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and the Culinary Arts and a private chef who specializes in her clients’ specific health needs. She has more than 14 years of extensive culinary experience serving as roundsman, line cook, sous chef, head chef, and consultant for well known restaurants both in New York City and on Long Island.
She is a graduate of The Natural Gourmet’s Chef’s Training Program as well as the New York Restaurant School.
